Ketera Support Services Professionals are available to provide assistance to Ketera Program Administrators during operating hours. If you are an end-user who is having problems logging in, or if you have a question, please contact your Ketera Program Administrator.
For your convenience, we have implemented several communications channels: the Ketera Customer Center, e-mail, and phone. You can track your case status and progress online by logging into your account below.

The Ketera Customer Center provides Ketera Program Administrators with a secure internet destination that delivers up-to-date information about your cases. It is your online resource for interacting with Ketera Support Services.
